Hero Allu Arjun was arrested in Hyderabad by the Chikkadapally police in connection with the Sandhya Theater stampede incident. A case has been registered against Allu Arjun under four sections. These include Sections 105, 118(1) Red with 3/5 BNS, with Section 105 being a non-bailable offense that could lead to imprisonment for 5 to 10 years. Under BNS Section 118(1), there is a possibility of imprisonment for one to ten years. Allu Arjun was taken to Gandhi Hospital for medical tests, and after they were completed, he was moved to Nampally Court.

CM Revanth Reddy, who is in Delhi, responded to Allu Arjun's arrest. He stated that the law will take its course, and that he would not interfere in the matter. He emphasized that everyone is equal before the law. Revanth also mentioned that the police are taking action following the death of one person in the stampede. He further commented on the Mohan Babu controversy, stating that there are court orders in that regard.
